Good afternoon, Mr. Deputy Mayor.

Menashe, according to the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce website, you have served three terms as a member of the Lakewood Township Committee.

Since you were first elected to the committee in 2003 and affirmed into office in January 2004, the LCC website content for your bio would have to have been written in 2013. However, your 2014 financial disclosure, posted on the N.J. Local Finance Board website, does not identify your LCC p/t position as a source of income. In fact, you did not disclose it as a source of income until you filed your 2017 and 2018 disclosures, which reflect your 2016 and 2017 sources of income.

Why didn’t you identify all sources of income on your state-required disclosures for all years you filed one?

You did not fill out a home address on any of your disclosures either. Are you a resident of the township you represent?

Since you have never served as a committee liaison to either the LDC or the LIC, which promote jobs and business in the municipality you represent, what services do you provide to the LCC?

What are your qualifications for the part-time position you do for them?

What is your salary in compensation for your part-time work for the LCC?

Why didn’t you list your income from any of the investment ventures with which you partner with Charlie Schwab?

What other positions do you hold from which you earn at least $2,000 that you have not listed on your disclosures since you were first elected to the committee?

Thank you for your response.

Sincerely,

Joyce Blay
