Is Adam Pfeffer Esq. Forging Signatures?!?!?
Adam Pfeffer appears to be using forged signatures to apply for a massive campus for Developer Dachs.
One of the owners of the land, who lives in Illinois, allegedly signed an application allowing a yeshiva to build 300 units supposedly for married students when actually he plans on selling the units to the public.
Mrs. Patricia Azurak, who works for Pfeffer, notarized that this owner signed before her. However there are 3 signatures of this owner on this form and they are not the same! Did he fly in from Chicago just to sign the documents?!

As an employer of MFS I know that Teva Oil and Aryeh and Osnate and Bassie are insured with Blue Cross/ Blue Shield for what its worth!

Dachs purchased 647 through 601 James St. In 2017 Deerfield Holdings through the notorious Aaron Weinstein.
He was represented by Adam Pffefer Esq.
Aaron signed the purchase docs as an authorized agent for Deerfield.
They did not obtain C.O. For the sale in violation of law; something every lawyer knows and ensures prior to purchase.
The Township permits Weinstein to do this on all his property transactions and subject to public corruption.
Further, Weinstein rents 647 to his wife Osnate’s brother BenZev ex wife, realtor for KW known as Mayan Ben Zev
Weinstein family (Aaron Osnate and Bassie) live at 639 without C.O and rent free. 625 houses Teva Oil in violation of Zoning laws. 601 is “rented” to the Mexican Teva Oil workers.
His trucks are parked on these properties in violation of zoning laws.
In fact, Weinstein just moved from Miami Beach, but still provides

Weinstein certifies his residency at 120 Caranetta though it is a vacant home subdivided by Miriam Weinstein and sold to Wolf in 2014
His home in Florida is tax assessed at $500,000 but the deed states a purchase price of $1 in 2013 made in Lakewood and notarized in Lakewood by falsifyIng Osnate’s signature.
The local Law enforcement agencies are aware for many years of these systematic frauds of residency, notary, and forged signatures., 1$ deeds and mortgage frauds on top of innumerable tax frauds both local, State, and Federal.
They may be held accountable as conspirators for permitting these felonies to continue daily, though they are fully knowledgeable of all the details, through prior and current actions at Ocean County.
