Wait, don’t tell me. The new Kirya of 118 gorgeous town houses will be situated right on 14th street so the developers can look right out of their windows and shep nachas from their hard work for the klal.
I heard that they will be building the 118 units on top of the new Kiryas Satmar. Some are complaining that it might be a little cramped one on top of another, but most dont mind.
The zoning board approved it as it would help with transportation for the women who don’t drive.
They are also talking about having the township pay for a new L-bus line that will go up and down between the 2 new kihlos at no charge, and of course all for the benefit of the new Lakewood citizens with out any gain to the investors, builders, and township committee.
