My taxes keep going up every year.
But somehow, someone who has friends in certain places can have their property taxes reduced by as much as 60%!!!
The taxes on Charles Chatz Schwab’s property went down from $8400 to to $3300 just like that.

(February 13, 2019 - 8:06 pm)I’m sure it’s all ok. This special treatment on taxes was a side benefit that was probably added as a clause in his lucrative “Land Management Consultant” contract with the Township, which Menashe arranged for him.

Also notice, that in 2017 when the township outsourced the valuations (when they did the township wide revaluations), he couldn’t get anything done about it. Only in 2018 when the township took back control, magically, it all drops significantly!
